Digital Kits have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Mailed Kits may be canceled for a full refund before printing begins; after production, eligible 30-day refunds may have a $15 printing and fulfillment deduction. Incorrect, damaged, or missing kits are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Contact us within seven days. We refund accidental renewals when no new plan, download, or member fulfillment benefit has been used. Duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded immediately.
